Level 2 Membership – Boxing Workouts
I added this level for those who are interested in good old fashioned boxing workouts. We break free from the structure of the training camps and mix things up. These workouts focus on a combination of boxing combos and conditioning. This level is still very new, so you can access a bunch more workouts at Level 1 as well.

Level 5 Membership – Video Technique Review:
Some people need a review of their boxing and training just to get a second set of eyes on what they are doing. At this level you can send me one video a month along with any questions you have, and I’ll write back to you with what to work and what to change if needed. Joining this level also gains you access to all the videos from levels 1-4.
Level 6 – Instructional Videos (8 Instructional Videos)
This level has a number of videos that summarize what you need to know in a number of areas of boxing such as footwork, head movement, defense, padwork, beginner training and more. If you prefer to learn on your own and want a quicker reference guide then these videos provide that. Joining this level also gains you access to all the videos and features from Levels 1-5.
