Welcome to my Virtual Sparring page! I’m here to help fighters at all levels sharpen their skills. Here, you’ll find a unique training tool designed to push your defense and counterpunching to the next level. In these videos, I’m sparring directly with you—throwing punches at the camera just like I would in a real fight. Your job is to work on defending, evading, and countering my punches in real time, just like you would with a live opponent. It’s a great way to practice your head movement, reflexes, and timing without needing a partner.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to build solid defensive fundamentals or a seasoned boxer wanting to refine your reactions, these videos are here to help. The goal is to make you feel like you’re right there in the ring, sharpening the skills that matter most. Let’s get to work!

Virtual Sparring | Let’s Work for 10 Minutes
Welcome to another virtual sparring session! In this session, we’re working on a continuous 10-minute round. The goal here is to stay in a steady flow, keeping your focus and concentration sharp throughout. If it’s your first time, start by working solely on your defense. Pay attention to the punches coming at you, focus on reading my movements—watch for my shoulder turns and overall body language. The idea is to get comfortable seeing the punches and reacting defensively.
Once you’re in the groove, or if you’re already advanced, start incorporating counterpunching. Block and counter immediately after my shots. Eventually, we’ll progress to intercepting punches, slipping, and countering in one fluid motion. Even when I’m not throwing punches, you should be moving and working on your own combos, matching the rhythm of the session. Let’s get started!
Virtual Boxing Sparring in 4K
Hey guys, in this video, we’re taking it back to some old-school virtual sparring! To start, watch the video a couple of times to work on your reaction and defense. Focus on seeing the punches, blocking, and getting used to the rhythm and combos I’m throwing. Once you’re comfortable with that, on your second or third time through, start adding head movement—slipping, ducking, and pulling away from punches.
As you progress, work on countering between your defensive moves. The key here is to stay sharp, improve your reaction time, and get your defensive movements smooth and efficient.
Virtual Sparring | Fight me while I coach you
Alright Contenders! Welcome to your virtual sparring session! You’ve received your instructions, and now it’s time to step into the ring and put them into action. I’m here to coach you through this round—let’s go!
First things first—hands up, chin down. Stay alert and watch out for the jab. You’ll need to establish your range early on, so keep an eye on your opponent’s movements. When you see the jab coming, parry it, and fire back with your own jab. Out-jab him at every opportunity. Remember, don’t just react—stay sharp and be the first to counter. If he flicks a lazy jab, take advantage of that moment to land a shot of your own. Protect yourself, keep focused, and let’s make it a clean, effective fight. You’ve got this!
Virtual Sparring 4 Rounds | This Could Get Ugly!
All right, team, we’re going to go through four rounds of virtual sparring today! Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this session is going to challenge you. If you’re new to this, start by watching and focusing on my upper chest, just below the neck. Get used to seeing the punches coming at you and the pace I’m setting. As you improve, begin working on your defense—blocking the jab, slipping it, catching and covering. This will help you get comfortable reading the different combinations coming your way.
As you progress, start incorporating counterpunching. Catch my shot, then fire back immediately—block, block, counter! The key is to return fire as soon as you sense I’m done throwing. This will help sharpen your reflexes and timing. Let’s get to work, and keep building up those skills, one round at a time!
Virtual Sparring | 6 Rounds of Boxing
What’s up, everyone! Here is another 6 rounds of virtual sparring. We’re going to work on something crucial—how to see punches coming and react to them. This virtual sparring session is more than just a workout. It’s a shadowboxing and visualization tool. Now, it’s not a replacement for your bag work or live sparring, but it’s a powerful way to sharpen your mind and get better at seeing combinations and punches before they land.
As you go through this video, focus on how the punches come at you, visualize your defense, and respond just like you would in the ring. This is about building up those reaction skills while shadowboxing. Let’s get into it and elevate your training!
