Level 2 Membership – Boxing Workouts

I added this level for those who are interested in good old fashioned boxing workouts.  We break free from the structure of the training camps and mix things up.  These workouts focus on a combination of boxing combos and conditioning. This level is still very new, so you can access a bunch more workouts at Level 1 as well.

Level 3 Membership – Beginner Boxer’s Portal

This level is dedicated to the absolute beginner.  In this series we start from the beginning and build you up over a long series of lessons.  Along with the lessons we have development workouts so you can practice what you’ve learned and acquire the skills.  We don’t leave out any details and we build slowly and steadily over time, just as you would in the gym. 

Once you are ready for something more intense you can do the Sparring Prep Training Camp.  This is a 5 day series that preps you mentally and physically to start sparring.  I recommend doing this series multiple times through.  Join this level if you are a complete beginner and want detailed instruction. If you want to further enhance your skills you can also tackle the Technique Development Series, the Defense Development Series and the Combo Development Series.

Level 3 memberships gains you access to all the lessons and workouts below along with the videos at Levels 1 and 2.

Level 4 Membership – Boxing Training Camps

These training series combine accountability and real world training. I guide you through complete training programs and do them with you. Join this level if you already have a boxing foundation and want to enhance your performance. Level 4 membership gains you access to all the training camps below and the videos at Levels 1, 2, and 3. 

Boxing Footwork Training Camp (5 Workouts)

In this camp we focus on boxing footwork techniques and conditioning with a focus on tactics and overall strategy.  We integrate boxing footwork into your offense and defense in a way that you can apply in sparring and fights.

Hand Speed Training Camp (5 Workouts)

In this camp we focus on generating hand speed.  We build up hand speed and integrate it along with footwork and head movement. Speed is one of the toughest components of boxing to train, once you’ve gone through this camp a few times your boxing will completely transform.

Fight Week Complete Boxer Training (5 Workouts)

This the toughest camp of them all and is designed to simulate the training of an elite amateur boxer.  You’ll get out of it what you put into it.

Boxing Tactics Training Camp (5 Workouts)

This camp is designed to help you put your boxing skills together in a meaningful way so that you can apply them in sparring and fights.  Its helps you answer the question, “How do I apply my boxing knowledge?”. This camp helps you to think as well as perform on the spot, in the heat of the moment.

Counter Punching Training Camp (5 Workouts)

This camp prepares you to counter the basic and most common attacks in boxing. You’ll work through a library of counters and work on more complex counters so that you can focus on integrating this into your style.

Punching Power Foundations (2 Workouts)

Develop punching power through this 2-day no nonsense training series. Repeat twice a week for 3-4 weeks before taking time off.

Work Rate Series (5 Workouts)

Increasing your work rate is one of the most effective ways to become a more dangerous boxer. Shortening the time between attacks will put overwhelming pressure on your opponents.  In this series we build up your work rate to 240 punches per round. Do this series shadow boxing at first, then once you’ve built up your conditioning do it on the heavy bag for extra intensity.

Footwork Accelerator Series (5 Workouts)

In these five workouts we focus on increasing your footwork capacity as it applies to boxing footwork techniques and tactics.  We essentially drill the techniques in and intense way so you’ll be ready to execute them under pressure.

Footwork Conditioning Series (4 Workouts)

In this series we focus strictly on lower body capacity so that you can execute boxing footwork with more speed, power and agility.

Head Movement Accelerator Series (4 Workouts)

Most fighters don’t realize how much energy head movement uses up, and so when they go to execute it in the ring they find themselves getting gassed out quicker than they expected.  In this series we focus on head movement conditioning so that you can have the efficiency and stamina needed to apply head movement and not gas out.

Inside Fighting Training Camp (4 Workouts)

Most fighters don’t even think about training for inside fighting until a year or two into their training, and they often learn because they are forced to. Either they struggle to handle pressure fighters who fight inside, or they can’t take advantage of opportunities where they are on the inside.  In this 4-day camp we focus on the training and tactics of inside fighting so you can dominate on the inside.

Level 5 Membership – Video Technique Review:

Some people need a review of their boxing and training just to get a second set of eyes on what they are doing. At this level you can send me one video a month along with any questions you have, and I’ll write back to you with what to work and what to change if needed. Joining this level also gains you access to all the videos from levels 1-4. 

Level 6 – Instructional Videos (8 Instructional Videos)

This level has a number of videos that summarize what you need to know in a number of areas of boxing such as footwork, head movement, defense, padwork, beginner training and more.  If you prefer to learn on your own and want a quicker reference guide then these videos provide that. Joining this level also gains you access to all the videos and features from Levels 1-5.
