Free Downloads

No matter what level you join, I have included a number of free downloads for you.  Just make sure to save them to your Dropbox or Google Drive so you can keep them if you decide to cancel your membership.   • A Basic Training Plan:  This document covers the basics combos and training methods to get you in shape for boxing, and provides a simple 4 weeks plan
  • Beginner Audio Workouts (Shadow Boxing and Heavy Bag): Take these beginner boxing mp3 workouts anywhere you want and listen to train.
  • Flow Combo Audio Workout: This audio focuses on a flow workout where we put a long sequence combo together.  This improves your efficiency and stamina, as well as boxing IQ.

Level 1 Membership – Virtual Padwork and Boxing Workouts

At Level One of the Precision Striking Membership, you’ll dive into a series of online boxing lessons that include virtual padwork workouts and guided boxing sessions. These workouts are designed to elevate your skills and boost your conditioning, whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your boxing fundamentals.

The most popular virtual padwork sessions emulate the combos and tactics of some of the most highly skilled fighters of the last 40 years.  I have also created a flipped version of each video for Southpaws.  Here is a list below.  At Level 1 you gain access to all these and A LOT more.

  • Oleksandr Usyk: Oleksandr Usyk’s boxing style is defined by his exceptional footwork, fluid movement, and the ability to maintain distance while seamlessly transitioning between offense and defense. He employs a high-volume punching approach with angles that disrupt opponents’ rhythm, combining precision and timing to outmaneuver larger fighters. In this virtual padwork workout, we’ll focus on mimicking Usyk’s lateral movement, quick combinations, and sharp angle changes, ensuring your footwork and coordination mirror his elusive, adaptable style.
  • Mike Tyson: Mike Tyson’s boxing style was characterized by his ferocious aggression, explosive power, and a signature peek-a-boo guard. He utilized rapid head movement, short, powerful combinations, and relentless forward pressure to close the distance and deliver devastating hooks and uppercuts. In this virtual padwork workout, we’ll focus on replicating his style by practicing quick slips and rolls, explosive combinations with hooks and uppercuts, and aggressive footwork to simulate his dynamic forward movement and power delivery.
  • Gennady Golovkin: Gennady Golovkin’s boxing style is a masterful blend of relentless pressure, powerful punches, and technical precision. He is known for his ability to cut off the ring, control distance, and deliver devastating combinations, particularly to the body. In this virtual padwork workout, we’ll emulate his style by practicing sharp, precise combinations with an emphasis on body shots and power punches.
  • Manny Pacquiao: Manny Pacquiao’s boxing style is characterized by explosive speed, relentless aggression, and unpredictable angles. He uses rapid combinations, darting footwork, and a southpaw stance to overwhelm opponents, often employing quick in-and-out movement to land punches before swiftly retreating. In this virtual padwork workout, we’ll focus on replicating his style by practicing fast, high-volume combinations, lateral footwork, and explosive counters to mimic his dynamic rhythm and offensive versatility.
  • Canelo Alvarez: Canelo Álvarez’s boxing style is characterized by a combination of explosive power, precise counterpunching, and defensive head movement. He is known for his ability to cut off the ring, create openings with feints, and deliver devastating body shots, often breaking down opponents systematically. In this virtual padwork workout, we’ll focus on emulating his style by drilling head movement, practicing counterpunching techniques, and incorporating sharp hooks and body shots into combinations to build accuracy and timing.
  • Vasyl Lomachenko: Vasiliy Lomachenko’s boxing style is characterized by exceptional footwork, precise angles, and a high-volume punching approach that overwhelms opponents. He uses his quick lateral movements and sharp pivots to create openings while maintaining an elusive defensive stance. In this virtual padwork workout, we’ll focus on drills that emulate his style, such as rapid footwork exercises, combination punching from different angles, and defensive slipping and pivoting to mimic his dynamic ring control.
  • Dmitry Bivol: Dmitry Bivol’s boxing style is characterized by a disciplined, technical approach with a sharp focus on precision and defense. He uses a high guard to block shots effectively while maintaining excellent footwork to control distance, setting up crisp, accurate punches from a variety of angles. Bivol’s ability to dictate the pace and adapt his combinations makes him a master at neutralizing opponents’ strengths. Level 2 Membership – Boxing Workouts

I’ve created this level specifically for those who love good old-fashioned boxing workouts that incorporate solid boxing and conditioning. In this level of the membership, you’ll dive into a variety of heavy bag workouts and shadow boxing drills that blend boxing combinations with conditioning exercises to build both your technique and endurance. These online boxing lessons are perfect for when you want to mix things up while still focusing on key fundamentals. Whether you’re smashing the heavy bag to sharpen your power and accuracy or using shadow boxing to refine your movement and flow, these sessions will keep you sharp and in shape.

Four Technique Combos Workout
In this workout we train 42 different combos of four techniques in length.  Quick, easy and practical combos you will use in a fight.

Level 3 Membership – Beginner Online Boxing Lessons

This level is designed specifically for absolute beginners looking to master the fundamentals of boxing. In this series of online boxing lessons, we start from the very basics and gradually build your skills over a long series of detailed lessons. Our approach mirrors the way you’d develop in a gym—slowly, steadily, and with a focus on technique and progression.

Alongside the lessons, you’ll find beginner boxing workouts that help you put what you’ve learned into practice. These workouts are structured to reinforce your skills, allowing you to develop muscle memory and improve your overall boxing ability. We leave no stone unturned, ensuring you get all the details and time you need to grow confidently as a boxer. Below is a breakdown of each lesson at this level.

Lesson 1: In this first lesson we cover the basics of boxing stance, basic footwork, how to throw the jab and the straight rear hand.  (52 Minutes)

Lesson 2: We cover the basics of the lead hook and rear uppercut. (44 Minutes)

Lesson 3: We expand on footwork in this lesson where you learn lateral motion footwork, this footwork is often used to quickly create distance when you need it.  We also go into the details of the overhand right. (31 Minutes)

Lesson 4: We further expand on footwork in this lesson with the pendulum step and forward and backward movement. This footwork is essential for quickly adjusting distance and setting up offense. We also go into the details of the shovel hook. (42 Minutes)

Lesson 5: In this lesson you learn the fundamentals of defense. Boxing is as much defense as it is offense, this lesson is crucial to your boxing success.  We also cover crosswalking, an essential footwork technique that makes it harder for your opponent to line you up for an attack. (36 minutes)

Lesson 6: You learn the rear hook and the lead uppercut in this video.  The general body mechanics are the same as other punches, but there are a few important details that enable you to make the most of these punches. (44 Minutes)

Lesson 7: We cover the details surrounding the double-jab in this lesson, an essential tactic for closing distance on your opponent. We also expand on footwork and break down the L-step. (45 Minutes)

Lesson 8: You learn how to parry the jab, one of the most important defensive techniques in boxing.  We also break down the gazelle step, a powerful footwork technique that allows you to close the distance quickly. (37 Minutes)

Lesson 9: In this lesson you learn how to defend against power shots going to the head such as the straight right and lead hook and uppercuts. We cover uppercuts and how to defend against body shots in lessons 14 and 16 respectively. (31 Minutes)

Lesson 10: We cover how to pivot in boxing, the proper technique for pivoting and how this can help you become more elusive. (36 Minutes)

Lesson 11: In this video I teach you the basics of attacking the body. (48 Minutes)

Lesson 12: This lesson covers the essentials of how to slip punches. (52 Minutes)

Lesson 13: Ducking is an essential defensive skill in boxing, especially when avoiding hooks and setting up counter offense.  We cover the essentials of ducking in this lesson. (43 Minutes)

Lesson 14: The uppercut is a sneaky punch that can catch anybody off guard.  In this lesson we cover the basic ways to block the uppercut. (29 Minutes)

Lesson 15: Counter punching is one of the most important skills you can learn in boxing to get the edge over your opponent. In this lesson we cover the basics of counter punching.  (49 Minutes)

Lesson 16: It’s inevitable that you will get attacked to the body. In this video we go over the basics of blocking body shots. (34 Minutes)

Lesson 17: Using head movement is important to evade punches, and it’s also important to be able to counter off of that head movement. In this lesson we go over the key concepts needed to be an effective counter puncher while using head movement. (35 Minutes)

Lesson 18: Feinting is an important part of setting up attacks and being more unpredictable. In this lesson we cover the basics of feints. (40 Minutes)

Lesson 19: Learning to get out or exit after you attack is essential to not getting hit.  We cover the basic ways you can get to safety after launching your offense. (57 Minutes)

Lesson 20: This lessons covers the most important elements in developing speed.  We go over the training methods that will unlock your maximum speed. (55 Minutes)

Lesson 21: In this lesson we cover how to punch while moving backwards.  This is an essential skill to learn against pressure fighters and to become effective as a counter puncher. (40 Minutes)

Lesson 22: I teach you how to create angles with shifts and switch steps.  These are the most fundamental ways to create an angle and get an advantage over your opponent.  I break down the footwork, set-ups and follow up attacks for these angles. (46 Minutes)

Lesson 23: In this video you learn how to pull your head back to avoid counters and how to counter with this evasive head movement technique. (35 Minutes)

Lesson 24: We cover the basics of in and out boxing where you utilize footwork to move in and out of range quickly and set up multiple unpredictable attacks. (27 Minutes)

Lesson 25:  In this lesson we cover everything you need to know about sparring as a beginner.  We cover mindset, equipment, what to expect, and how to adapt and improve through various situations. (1 Hour and 11 Minutes)

Once you’re ready for something more advanced, you can challenge yourself with our Sparring Prep Training Camp. This intense, 5-day series is designed to mentally and physically prepare you for sparring, and I recommend going through it multiple times for maximum benefit.

Technique Development Series
Most of us could use work on the basics, and this series forces us to do just that.  It’s boring and arduous but the benefits are extraordinary.  Work with me through this series and you’ll notice significant improvement in your techniques.

Defense Development Series
In this series we work on developing your defense and defensive reaction.  We start slow so that you understand each defensive technique and how it applies to the coinciding offense.

Combo Development Series
This series is designed to build your boxing offense IQ.  We start with simple combos and add a technique each workout.  By the time you complete the series you’ll be flowing with combos that are 6 techniques long.

With a Level 3 membership, you’ll have access to all the lessons and workouts in this level, as well as the content from Levels 1 and 2. Level 4 Membership – Boxing Training Camps

At Level 4 of the Precision Striking Membership, we take your training to the next level with a series of focused boxing training camps. These 3-5 day programs are designed to enhance specific aspects of your boxing game, combining real-world training with the structure and accountability you need to stay on track.

In these online boxing lessons, I’ll personally guide you through each camp and train alongside you, helping you push your limits and refine your performance. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your technique, boost your conditioning, or improve your defensive skills, these training camps are designed to target and improve key areas of your boxing.

This level is perfect for boxers who already have a solid foundation and are ready to ramp up their performance. You’ll also gain access to all the content from Levels 1, 2, and 3, giving you a comprehensive toolbox of lessons and workouts to support your growth.

Fight Week Training Camp (5 Workouts)
This series is your answer to the question, “How do I train for boxing?”.  We go through a week of training similar to what an elite amateur boxer would do.  We warm-up, work shadow boxing and the heavy bag, we work on technical and conditioning drills, and we work on strength and conditioning. As well, each day focuses on a different element of boxing to create a complete fighter.  This series is not for beginners, I would recommend it only for those who have a year or more experience.

Footwork Training Camp (5 Workouts)
Footwork is one of the most important elements of boxing.  Good footwork allows you to get to your opponent to attack, and get away from your opponent when they attack.  Overall, good footwork puts you in the optimal range for any situation.  In this five day series we cover almost all aspects of footwork.  We integrate footwork with head movement and various attacks, we focus on pressure footwork vs. elusive footwork, we push your footwork stamina and tactical IQ.  Working this series will improve every other aspect of your boxing.

Hand Speed Training Camp (5 Workouts)
This series is dedicated to improving your hand speed. It’s a complete program to improve hand speed and integrate that added skill into all your boxing.  This series is for the beginner and beyond who already has a decent grasp of the basics.  Increasing your hand speed will have the biggest impact on your overall boxing.  Faster hand speed means more stamina and the ability to react quicker and take advantage of counters and pressure situations. I would consider this an essential series for any beginner boxer who plans to fight.

Hand Speed Accelerator (4 Workouts)
In this four day series we get straight down to business and focus on improve your hand speed very fast.  In the other five day hand speed series we incorporate other aspects of boxing so that we can also improve from a tactical perspective.  But in this series we are simply focused on fast hands! This series is tough and will challenge you, and will improve your hand speed in the shortest amount of time.  If you are lacking in hand speed this series will give you results quickly!

Boxing Tactics Training Camp (5 Workouts)
Boxing tactics are the combinations of boxing elements that you use to attack with.  It’s what separates a good fighter from one who is fighting robotically and can’t adjust to various situations.  In this series we cover how to think when you are in the ring, how to apply your skills in a way that opens up new opportunities and adapts to what your opponent is doing. This series will improve both your cognition and tactical skills in the ring.

Counter Punching Training Camp (5 Workouts)
Counter punching is the great equalizer in boxing, a good counter puncher can beat aggression, power, speed, and almost any other element that your opponent brings.  The key is that it takes a lot of time, effort and mental focus to develop good counter punching.  In this series we focus on counter punching in almost every aspect. If you were to work on this series and repeat it over and over again you would not only become a great counter punching, but a great fighter overall.

Punching Power Foundations (2 Workouts)
In this two day series we focus in on the exercises and training that will increase your punching power.  We cover all aspect of power from technique, to explosiveness and stamina.

Work Rate Series (5 Workouts)
Work rate is one of the most important aspects of your boxing conditioning.  Essentially how many effective punches do throw per round and how soon after an attack can you launch another attack. In this series we steadily build up your work rate so that its at a very high level.  If you want to really challenge yourself, do this series on the heavy bag.

Footwork Accelerator Series (5 Workouts)
In this series we get straight into the hard work of focusing on training and practical applications involving boxing footwork.  We integrate footwork with almost every possible tactical application.  After completing this series you will have so much more stamina, and will be able to apply your added conditioning in a tactical way.  Members have reported a significant improvement in sparring particularly from this series.

Footwork Conditioning Series (4 Workouts)
To know the various footwork techniques is one thing, but to be able to use it effectively over the rounds is a whole other world altogether.  In this series we focus on conditioning your footwork and lower body to that you have more stamina, speed and power than you thought possible.

Head Movement Training Camp (5 Workouts)
In this training camp we work on all aspects of head movement to develop you as a complete fighter.  We focus on technique and stamina in head movement while integrating it with counters, footwork, and defense.  After finishing this training camp you will be much more effective with using head movement in all aspects of your boxing and in a variety of fight situations.

Head Movement Accelerator Series (4 Workouts)
Good head movement can really separate an average fighter from a good fighter.  The problem is that most fighters underestimate how much training it takes to use head movement over the rounds.  Simply put, head movement gets them very tired.  In this series we work on conditioning your head movement so that using it does not become a liability in the later rounds of a fight.

Inside Fighting Training Camp (4 Workouts)
Most fighters never learn how to fight on the inside, and really struggle as soon as they face inside pressure.  Not only that, but they can’t take advantage of this weakness in their opponents.  In this four day series we explore the tools and training that it takes to fight effectively on the inside.

Going the Distance Challenge Series (5 Workouts)
This series is designed to challenge you both mentally and physically.  Each workout is 15 rounds, just like old school fighters.  We finish off each workout with 100 burpees.  Do you have what it takes!?

Level 5 Membership – Video Technique Review:

Some people need a review of their boxing and training just to get a second set of eyes on what they are doing. At this level you can send me one video a month along with any questions you have, and I’ll write back with what to work and what to change if needed. Joining this level also gains you access to all the videos from levels 1-4. 

Level 6 Instructional Videos (8 Instructional Videos)

This level has a number of videos that summarize what you need to know in a number of areas of boxing such as footwork, head movement, defense, padwork, beginner training and more.  If you prefer to learn on your own and want a quicker reference guide then these videos provide that.
