Boxing Technique Development Workout

Today’s workout is all about honing your technique, and this is where true progress happens. We’re going to focus on building awareness—awareness of your body, your relaxation, your balance, and your positioning. It’s not just about movement but how you move. We’ll zero in on key elements like speed and acceleration, teaching you how to channel your energy efficiently without wasting it on unnecessary stiffness or imbalance. The more tuned in you are to your body, the more powerful and precise your movements become. By mastering the delivery of your technique today, you’re laying the foundation for faster, stronger, and smoother results in every workout. So let’s give it everything, stay mindful, and watch your progress skyrocket!  For more training on technique development check out the FULL SERIES in the membership on my Youtube Channel.

Boxing Workout | You Determine the Punches | 400 – 2000 Punches

Today’s workout is all about you taking control. Instead of me calling out the combinations and dictating the moves, this session will be freestyle. It’s your chance to set the pace and push yourself as hard as you can. I know some of you might find it a bit of a mental challenge at first, but that’s the whole point! Stay focused, keep your energy up, and let your punches flow. You’ll be amazed at how empowering it feels to create your own rhythm and drive your own progress. I’ll be here to help set the framework, but this workout is yours to own.

Insane 12 Round Boxing Workout

Today, we’re diving into a 12-rounder—one of the toughest workouts you’ll face! We’re packing a lot into these rounds, so expect to be challenged both physically and mentally. But don’t worry, this workout is for everyone. If you’re just starting out, there’s no pressure to go full intensity right away. You can ease into it at 70-80% effort and get a feel for how your body responds. But, for those of you looking for a real test, this is your chance to push hard. Each round is designed to build your endurance, improve your technique, and keep you sharp from start to finish. It’s not just about surviving the 12 rounds, it’s about thriving through them and coming out stronger.

15 Round Heavy Bag Boxing Workout | Can you go the distance!?

In this video, I’m challenging you to take on a 15-round boxing workout—are you ready for it? Today, I’ve set up the camera at a different angle to give you a more personal feel for this heavy bag workout. I’ll demonstrate a couple of combos where you’ll need to pay attention to your footwork, and I’ll show some cutaway clips for those moments. If you’re new to this, no worries—just check out any of my other shadow boxing videos to get the full picture of the technique.

Today, it’s all about going the distance—15 rounds, old-school style. You can do it entirely on the heavy bag like I will, or you can mix it up with shadow boxing. This isn’t my usual workout style; in fact, I’ve gone 15 rounds on the bag fewer than 10 times in my life, so this is a special challenge. The key is pacing yourself, giving yourself 3-4 seconds between combos. Let’s see if you can handle it—let’s do this!
