Hey everyone! I’m back with a brand new workout: 10 combos in 10 minutes. This session is all about mastering simple, effective combinations that anyone can follow—whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been boxing for years.

We’ll go through ten three-punch combos, spending one minute on each. These combos are designed to improve your technique, speed, and endurance, all in just 10 minutes! Beginners, take it slow and focus on form. Advanced boxers, crank up the intensity and go all out.

Why 10 Combos?

Here’s a breakdown of the 10 combinations we’ll be working through, one per minute:

Jab – Cross – Jab (1-2-1)
Jab – Cross – Hook (1-2-3)
Cross – Jab – Cross (2-1-2)
Overhand – Shovel hook – Lead Hook (8-7-3)
Cross – Hook – Cross (2-3-2)
Jab – 2 x Uppercuts to the Body
Jab – Cross – Duck – Cross (1-2-Duck-2)
Jab – Lead Hook – Right Hook Body (1-3-4b)
Jab – Pull – Jab – Cross (1-Pull-1-2)
2 x Hooks to the Body – Uppercut (4b-3b-6)

How to Adjust for Your Skill Level
Beginners: Focus on form and precision. Move at your own pace and take breaks as needed.
Advanced Boxers: Push the pace! Increase the speed and power of each combination, and challenge yourself to maintain your stamina throughout the entire 10 minutes.
Wrapping Up
At the end of 10 minutes, you’ll have drilled 10 different combinations and completed a full-body workout that improves your technique, power, and endurance. This session is perfect to repeat throughout the week—each time, you’ll notice improvements in your skills and fitness.
